README states MIT license but the repository had no LICENSE file. Adds standard MIT text with Copyright (c) 2025 Jesse Vincent, matching other obra projects (superpowers, episodic-memory). Fixes obra#8 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
